Refund Policy - the basics

At Araujo Healthcare Consulting, we strive to provide high-quality consulting services tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the nature of our services, which involve research, strategy development, and regulatory guidance, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • A request is made before consulting services have begun.

  • A scheduling conflict prevents us from delivering the agreed-upon service, and no alternative date can be arranged.

  • The client is unable to use the service due to reasons beyond their control, and both parties mutually agree to terminate the contract.

For digital products, educational materials, or downloadable resources, all sales are final unless a technical issue prevents access.

What to include in the Refund Policy

To ensure clarity and fairness, our refund policy covers the following:

  1. Consultation & Strategy Services

    • Refunds are not available once consulting has begun.

    • If a client cancels at least 48 hours in advance, we may offer a partial refund or credit towards a future session.

  2. Subscription & Retainer Services

    • Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

    • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

  3. Workshops, Courses, and Training Programs

    • Refunds for workshops or training sessions will only be issued if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.

    • If a client is unable to attend, we may offer a credit toward a future session.

  4. Special Circumstances

    • If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service due to an internal issue, we will work with the client to provide a fair resolution, which may include a full or partial refund.

    • Any disputes regarding refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service delivery.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must:

  1. Submit a written request via email, outlining the reason for the refund request.

  2. Provide supporting documentation if applicable.

  3. Allow up to 10 business days for a response and resolution.
